    ATTENTION 2008 VOLUNTEERS:
    Because of your hard work  and dedication to making AniMix such a
    success, you have all been promoted to staff!  You DO NOT, I repeat DO
    NOT have to fill out volunteer forms for this year.  I will be sending an e-mail
    to you all and inform you about your assignments for this year.


    ATTENTION 2009 VOLUNTEERS:
    Thank you in advance for wanting to participate in this year's AniMix
    Convention. Some rules and regulations have changed this year so please
    read this.

    We are only accepting volunteer forms for ages 17+ (Sorry, no one under
    17).  Also because of limited space at the hotel, we were forced to use only
    two rooms for the volunteers.  We will call them "gofer" rooms.  One will be
    the girls room and the other is for the guys.  These will be rooms you will
    report to for assignments and sleep in at night.  Sleeping arrangements are
    going to have to be slumber party style because of the lack of space so if
    you aren't comfortable sleeping in a room with other people, please don't
    volunteer.
